I know. I know, I know, I know in the whole scope of world problems not having internet access at home is miniscule, but when writing is such a viable outlet it has been considerably frustrating!

Last Tuesday after four attempts to have someone out to our house to figure out the problem we finally were back online. Getting someone to come out was a fiasco! And for those of you who are familiar with this comedian, the tech that finally came out was named Larry. I could barely keep a straight face because all I could think was “Larry the Cable Guy” was here to help us out!

I hope you all had a great holiday! Ours was okay given that Turkey-Man has continued to be sick. We had to take him back to the ER yesterday because his left tonsil was taking up over half of his throat. We were worried he had an abscess, but thankfully it was just another case of strep throat.

Sickness has descended on our house like a net that we cannot get untangled from! Over the last three weeks both kids have had the respiratory flu, Turkey-man has had strep throat twice and both hubby and I have had the stomach flu. This is beginning to border on ridiculous!

So, for this week’s Monday’s Many Thanksgivings I am grateful for being back up and blogging, and deeply appreciative of good health which will hopefully return to our house soon!
